Deliveries

EU Deliveries (other than the UK)
Deliveries to EU countries outside the UK will be subject to the following terms and conditions.
Alfreso Timber Co can arrange delivery to EU countries through various delivery services.
By accepting these terms and conditions and requesting delivery within the EU (other than the UK) you are making an offer to Alfreso Timber Cos chosen delivery provider at that time to deliver the goods detailed in your order upon the terms and charge described in your order. Ownership, title and risk of the goods will pass to you when the goods are placed at your disposal at Alfreso Timber Cos Premises.
Conformity of Goods
Alfreso Timber Co takes every care to ensure that the description and specification of the products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) within seven days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Items returned must be in their original condition and original packaging. Items returned in their original condition will be refunded by the same payment method used for your order. Shipping charges are non refundable except in cases where the item is found to be faulty or damaged. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced, not refunded and must be returned before a replacement item can be shipped out to you.
